Meeting Notes -
Our June 6th meeting was called to order at 7:10pm. We had a moment of silence remembering D-day and our WWII veterans. The secretary and treasurer's reports were read and approved.
Jim reported that he received a sincere thank you for our part in both the Memorial Day parade and the Do Whop at the dam. They were both a big success and our help was really appreciated.
Another big success was the pasta dinner for Bill. We all had a great time, and there was an excellent outpouring of support!
The first race night was a great time and a wonderful turnout of both drivers and spectators! Let's continue to show our club spirit and support!
Thanks to Sally for our "big money" raffle tickets for the car show. Please sign tickets out and sell or buy them for the club.
Once again we've been approved to use Bellemy Park for the show. Jim will be going to get the trophies this week. We still need sponsors for the trophies and dashplaques....if you know of a business or an individual that might sponsor, please get a form from Jim and sign them up!
