Meeting Notes -
The November 7th meeting was pre-empted by a delicious pot-luck supper! We had a vast variety of tasty dishes and desserts. Thank you to all who participated and partook!
The actual meeting started shortly before 7pm. The secretary's report and the treasurer's statements were read and approved.
We discussed nominations of officers. No new nominations were made. All current officers agreed to stay in office if no opponents are presented. Any nominations between now and our December meeting may be called in to either John or Sam Sr. The deadline for nominations is November 28th.
